The staff was very friendly, went above and beyond to make sure they accommodated us in every way was even more generous to give us an extra thirty minutes for our event that was so sweet of them

I am a Louisiana native. I come "home" regularly to visit with my elderly parents. I had the misfortune of dealing with a third party reservation platform, but wasn't able to change my reservation within 24 hours. Isn't that the whole thing with travel? Don't plans change sometimes? Luckily these guys helped. I was charged for the weekend I didn't stay, but thankfully Dilip, the Regional Manager, called me personally to make everything right. I was able to stay the following weekend, and I intend on staying there every time I find myself visiting my parents. Thank you very much!
Stay there Mid-May 2025 and the front desk person (Kaylie) was exceptionally great at being warm, courteous, helpful, and welcoming. To be honest, I come across the opposite traits with people in general these days. The hotel pool was nice and the room and maids were very nice too! The location was ideal: just far enough from and just close enough to Houma. I'll absolutely be back!!!!
Mr. Dilip the General Manager was excellent. He helped during check In. I came late and he arrange everything and made me feel home.
We had a great stay here! The room was immaculate and smelled great. The bed was super comfy. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. They had the toiletries that we accidentally forgot. The breakfast was so good and the variety offered was better than any other hotel I’ve stayed at. They have a great cancellation policy. We thought we needed two nights but only needed one night. They have a 24 hours cancellation policy and you don’t get charged anything. I love the location. It was close to a lot of things to do but was far enough away to not be in a loud environment and away from all the traffic. If you have plans to stay in Houma, I recommend this hotel for sure!
